Staff Profiles

Jacqueline M Hershey, CPA

Jackie started her career with Peat Marwick (KPMG) in 1987 after graduating from Northern Arizona University.  She was with KPMG in their audit department for four years, and during that time, also spent some time in their tax department.  After her time in public accounting, she worked for seven years in the field of corporate financial reporting for two companies in the Bay Area.  In September 1997, she purchased the accounting and tax practice of Management Services, Inc.  She has continued with the both the accounting and tax sides of her business and expanded her tax practice significantly.  She has experience with individual, business, fiduciary, and non-profit tax preparation, and has the accounting background to ensure the information going into the tax preparation has been properly prepared.  With over 23 years of experience in the tax preparation business, she has the knowledge and experience to handle your business and personal tax needs.

Loretta Graham

Lori has been working in the tax and accounting business since 1985.  She began her career with H&R Block, then began working for Ed Klein at Management Services, Inc.  During her time at Management Services, Inc., Lori helped develop the bookkeeping system for all business clients.  She was the head bookkeeper for the company. She also did tax preparation and reviewed tax returns.  While at Management Services, Lori furthered her education by attending bookkeeping classes through Mt. Diablo School District, obtaining her bookkeeping credential.  When Management Services was sold, she continued to work as a bookkeeper and tax reviewer for Jackie as well as Putney, Klein & Associates, Inc.  She continues to be an integral part of our practice.  With her nearly 35 years of experience, she is invaluable to our clients and they rely on her to ensure an understanding of their tax return.
